Apy had been in the refuge for the whole of his life - he had never known a home. In fact it was viewed that he was there for the long haul and was sterilised so that he could be used to share pens with females wherever necessary. As far as humans were concerned, he had no social graces and no education.
Now his luck has turned and he is being fostered in a family with 3 other dogs where he is learning fast. He has undergone a complete transformation and become a perfectly adoptable dog which shows what can happen in the right surroundings. We are lucky to have people who 'specialise' in different breed types - and he is with people who understand 'collie' traits.
Once he has undergone his basic training, he will be available for adoption as he is already castrated, chipped and vaccinated.
