A drum roll please for the beautiful PRINCESS and her babies POCAHONTAS, TIGER LILY and ASTERIX (RESERVED) who are all amazing and soon ready for their forever homes.

At only 8 months old herself, PRINCESS found herself alone, frightened and pregnant at the Refuge with which we work, which is no place for a pregnant cat. She luckily came under the wings of Les Amis when a foster family stepped up and took her in.

She is now a thriving  happy cat and her fosterer says this about her:

She is an absolute purr machine the second you walk into the room. She is the sweetest, most attentive mum to her three babies and once her motherly duties wrap up, she truly deserves a cozy lap and all the snuggles to herself.

The kittens are now 8 weeks and are a bundle of joy.

POCAHONTAS is the brave explorer as she is always the first to try new things and quietly mimics everything her Mum does. When this fluffy tabby not wrestling with her siblings, you will find her snoozing in the coziest cuddle puddle.

TIGER LILY is the energetic zoomie queen. She is the early riser who pounces on everyone to wake them up, chases imaginary shadows, and climbs right over you-before crashing hard for a warm lap nap.

ASTERIX is the only boy and an absolutely mummy’s boy at that. He is sweet, gentle and vocal and lets out the tiniest meows if Mum walks out of sight. He loves roughhousing with his sisters, as long as he knows his Mum is cheering him on from the sidelines.

PRINCESS is chipped and vaccinated and each kitten will be chipped and have had its primary vaccination before leaving us. Full details of the adoption process, including the cost, are included under “Adopting a Cat with Les Amis” on this website.  And because we truly believe that kittens are happier and settle more quickly when they are adopted in pairs we offer a financial advantage for taking two.

Princess and her babies are currently in Department 64 (Nouvelle Aquitaine) and, as usual, a wonderful home is more important than location.
