This little imp is Romulus who is determined not to let any corner go unexplored, any toy remain unplayed with, anything moving stay unchased  – he is in perpetual motion until his batteries eventually run down and he is happy to snuggle up on a lap.

For such a high energy kitten, confinement in a cage in the refuge was little short of torture and he became so stressed that he started self-harming, making bare patches which were at first thought to be a flea allergy or ringworm.  Once the cause was determined one of the volunteers took him home where he has flourished. With a T-shirt to protect the sore places his fur has almost grown back and he is now able to go au naturel again!

We are looking for a home where Romulus has space to stretch his fast-moving little legs and where his energy levels can happily be accommodated.  He is a delightful, friendly little chap who has already met other cats (boring, didn’t want to play) and dogs (interesting, but maybe best admired from a distance for now).

Romulus will definitely need outside space which will allow him to use up some of his reserves of energy.  He will be chipped and first vaccinated before adoption, and his worming and flea treatments will be up to date.  He is currently in the 65 Lannemezan area but can travel to the right home elsewhere in France.

If you are looking for a confident, characterful and cuddly kitten to add sparkle to  your life then Romulus is ready and waiting to join your family, so please contact us.
