BLANCO is a young (still a puppy in fact at just 9 months of age) Pyrenean Mountain Dog who was reserved even prior to appearing on our web page.  He has been waiting in a pension situation to be collected.  He passed his meet & greet test with flying colours; he loved the other dog; the guy loved him . . . but not everyone in the family was convinced . . . and so BLANCO has lost out and never yet been seen by a wider public!!!  He may have missed opportunities and we need to make sure he misses no more!

So here he is – a lovely, lovely young chap who came to us because he was allowed to be adopted to live in an apartment, with no garden, with small children, a cat or two . . . and thankfully the person realised that this was in fact no life for this lovely lad, and wanted nothing more than to find him a suitable home.  He went supposedly briefly into pension.  That is where he has stayed because we thought he had a great home to go to.

So now we are proudly presenting him to the world and can say that BLANCO has never put a foot wrong.  He has learned about harnesses, leads, feeding time, walking comfortably on a lead and some gentle basic commands . . . but most of all – above all else – BLANCO even at just 9 months old is a gentleman who needs a home with a garden, with a loving family, with other dogs or cats would be OK too we believe.

BLANCO is currently in Department 65 (Hautes Pyrénées – home of this beautiful and special breed).  His future home will be with a family who is either already familiar with or deeply interested in owning a “patou”.
