Please meet TONIC who is currently in a pension situation as we wait to find him his new forever home and has just turned one year old!

In his previous life TONIC was living in an apartment with children and a cat, but he was no longer wanted.  We suspect that he grew like Topsy – even though it should have been no surprise as a X Pyrenean Mountain Dog.

Since being in pension we have learned a little more about this boy . . . and in essence he’s a big, healthy, young bear who responds to boundaries, loves people, seems unfazed by anything at all and is full of fun and youthfulness.

TONIC needs time and patience to allow him to mature and learn.  He has a super temperament, travels well in the car, eats well and has all the makings of a thoroughly nice chap.  He needs to be with someone who has that time and patience he needs.  Not surprisingly he can be excitable at the prospect of a walk but has already started to learn the preparation routine.

TONIC is currently in pension in Dept 64 (Pyrénées Atlantiques).  Finding him the right home for this beautiful breed is more important than location.
