Thank you, for Riley

A huge thank you to our wonderful, loyal supporters who reacted so quickly and decisively to last week’s post about Riley and his persistent ear infections.

We simply could not help all the animals we do without your incredible support.

Riley is doing well after his procedure and is receiving meticulous aftercare to maximise the chances of it being a complete success.

His foster family says that the hardest part is we catching Riley to give him his post operative medication, as no matter how much they try and hide what they are about to do, he knows!! As soon as they get a lead on him he’s like ‘Ok! You’ve got me!!’ But sometimes they have to chase him around the kitchen to get close enough to slip the lead on him.

Of course, afterwards he gets lots of treats and fussing over, and they’re trying to split the treatments up over the day so it’s not too much at once.
